പ്രണയം,
വികാരങ്ങളുടെ കലവറ
ആദ്യം അവ എനിക്കന്യമായിരുന്നു
മനസിന്റെ ഒരു കോണില്
അവ ഇരുന്നു വീര്പ്പു മുട്ടിയിരുന്നു
ആദ്യദര്ശനത്തില് തന്നെ ഞാന്
പ്രണയത്തെ ഒരു ചില്ലുകൂട്ടിലാക്കി
പിന്നീട് ഒരു കടലാസുതുണ്ടില്
എഴുതിയാലും എഴുതിയാലും തീരാത്ത
പ്രണയചിത്രങ്ങള് ഞാന് വരച്ചു.
പിന്നീടെപ്പോഴോ
ഒരു മരത്തണലില്
കീറിയ കടലാസുതുണ്ടുകളെയും
പൊട്ടിയ കണ്ണാടിചില്ലുകളെയും
നോക്കി ഞാന്
വിലപിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.....
